The Puppy Paddles is a fun pool toy for the kids who likes puppies. It really swims and has a realistic paddling action. The tail also wags back and forth. Dunk your puppy and the puppy bobs right back up. The puppy fabric is fast drying.It list ages 4 and up.Downfall to this cute toy is it takes batteries, 3 AA batteries ( Batteries are not included). It is intended for the pool or even the bath,but not for small infants,because the toy has some small parts(eyes etc).When not using, it should be dried after every use.
Swim along with your paddlin puppy and enjoy your new playmate. Kids love these and they come in different colors and other styles( Water Dancers, Rainbow Reef, and Turbo Twister). Please watch your children in the pools,but enjoy the toy..
Update On Jun 24, 2010: Puppy has already made his way into the pool. He swims around and doesn't bark or mess in the pool. He doen't eat much and once in awhile takes a drink of water. Such a fun toy for the kid who likes animals and swimming in a pool.
This is a cute idea for children. I imagine having a companion in the water like Puppy Paddles would help build confidence.
I would like to see it doggy paddling around a pool. Great idea as long as the kids are being supervised.
