In normal mode, you are presented with a very user-friendly interface, taking you through the process step-by-step using simple terms. Power is for more experienced users and gives you a lot more options. Another nice feature is the way you can change the resolution of the video for playback on an iPod classic, touch, nano or Apple TV. It also has a YouTube downloader feature which downloads videos from YouTube and converts them to a specified format. It can take about 40 minutes to convert a 700Mb .avi to a high quality .mp4, with normal CPU usage. Overall I find that it is a very quick and easy way to get videos on my iPod.
