Quad Blade Food Processor

The Bravetti Quad Blade Food Processor.I purchased this item from a home shopping channel because of the presentation on the television.The unit comes with a main unit, processor bowl, food pusher, spindle, dough blade, spatula, french fry disc blade, blade holder, processor cover, fine slicing blade, coarse shredding blade, thick slicing blade, fine shredding blade, whipper, citrus juice filter, and juice reamer.I think the storage area on the unit is a bit small.The unit does not hold all of its pieces sometimes making it difficult to store and locate pieces when you need them.I have used the French Fry blade and it ok.The fries are cut small but are uniform in size making them easy to cook.I have also used the thick shredding blade for cheeses and pototoes.The block of cheese was very fast and easy to shred with the machine.I did not really care for the potatoes.The dough blade is excellent for making pizza crust.I use a very simple recipe and the mixing of the dough is very easy in the unit.The clean up of the unit is quite cumbersome.The processor lid can be difficult to clean in between the grooves but you do the best you can.I like the unit and would buy another if this one stopped working.
