Quality Bike Helmets!

We recently started biking as a family this spring and decided it was time to purchase bike helmets.My husband never wore one before but we decided to all get them to be safe and good role models for our daughter.Our daughter is 2 and is currently riding in a bike trailer and learning how to ride a trike.

We looked in the bike shops and were amazed and how much we would have to spend on the bike helmets.We were so happy to see our local fire department offers bike helmets at discounted rates so we went the first night they were available.They offer Bell bike helmets, which is a quality brand, for only $10 a piece (or $15 for the hybrid version).I felt this was affordable and a deal.They also had educated people to help you try on the helmets and make sure you got a good fit.All three of ours needed adjusting but then we were on our way.

Purchasing and wearing a bike helmet is just one way to stay safe and healthy while enjoying the outdoors and getting some exercise.I am just so happy that our local fire department offers this service with such quality products.
