Qualstar Credit Union - My Long-time Friend

I have been a member of Qualstar Credit Union since 1981! Wow, that is almost 28 years! I originally joined when it was called Safeway Employees Credit Union. It has since changed names, and offers its services to others besides Safeway employees. The service has not changed, though. I was impressed with the level of customer service way back in the '80s, and that has not changed at all.

We always get our car loans through Qualstar because all I have to do is update my information with them over the phone, and the next thing I know, my loan has been approved! It always makes me feel good to be able to get what I need so quickly, since we don't borrow money without giving it a lot of thought first. The fact that the bank gives us quick approval together with the fact that their interest rates on auto loans are always very competetive keeps me going back when a new car loan is what we need. Obviously, that doesn't happen every day, but every week, year after year, my payroll check is automatically deposited into our savings account there. I have never had a complaint or problem, which over a 28 year period, is saying a lot!
