Quick Books 2004

Quick Books is great for a small business or a large business. It is very simple to use. Basically you are just plugging in numbers. For start up it guides you through it. If you use an accounting service, they can log onto your account online and get the information they need. It is great if you use payroll. Gives you updates so you are current with the deductions. I have used quickbooks for years and have never had a problem. The only thing that I don't like about it is if you would get a new computer and use their payroll services, you need to then update your version of quickbooks to the currrent version available. Which is costly. Other than that I have no complaints. Have only had to use their customer service once in 10 years. That can get costly also but I do highly reccomend quick books.
