I consider myself a fairly advanced loyal user of the Quicken products, but there are some peripheral features of the Quicken application that I have not used. I purchased this book to start using those features as well as discover Best Practices for using Quicken. What I found was quite a disappointment. If you are willing to read the help included in the product (which isn't that wonderful) you can gain the same level of information in the book. I found no instances of the author providing guidance of how to overcome the products shortcomings. I will avoid this author (Maria Langer) in the future.
