Rainbow Light Prenatals - Fantastic!

I started using Rainbow Light Prenatal Multivitamins when my husband and I decided to start trying to conceive.I had used other Prental Vitamins, but was often struck with constipation after using them.With the Rainbow Light brand, though, I have never had this problem.I find that they also really make my hair, skin and nails look amazing.I love the fact that this one capsule provides me with the nutrients and vitamins needed.I have also used this product as a simple multivitamin, and it worked well for that as well.The only issue I have ever had with the product was a little difficulty in swallowing the pill--- but only when I've taken it while pregnant.The main issue is that the product is in a gelatin-type capsule.When you have morning sickness, these types of capsules can be a little bit more difficult to swallow.However, if taken with a good drink of water, it's not so bad.I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a great Prenatal vitamin.There is no nasty taste or aftertaste as with many other prenatals.So, once you swallow the pill, it is far more morning-sickness friendly than the rest!
