I started using Rainbow Light Prenatal Multivitamins when my husband and I decided to start trying to conceive. I had used other Prental Vitamins, but was often struck with constipation after using them. With the Rainbow Light brand, though, I have never had this problem. I find that they also really make my hair, skin and nails look amazing. I love the fact that this one capsule provides me with the nutrients and vitamins needed. I have also used this product as a simple multivitamin, and it worked well for that as well. The only issue I have ever had with the product was a little difficulty in swallowing the pill--- but only when I've taken it while pregnant. The main issue is that the product is in a gelatin-type capsule. When you have morning sickness, these types of capsules can be a little bit more difficult to swallow. However, if taken with a good drink of water, it's not so bad. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a great Prenatal vitamin. There is no nasty taste or aftertaste as with many other prenatals. So, once you swallow the pill, it is far more morning-sickness friendly than the rest!
