Rainbow Six Vegas By Ntmanning on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

November 7th, 2006 is a day I will still remember for a long time. Gears of War and Rainbow Six Vegas came out on the same day. I pondered, but I went with the massively hyped Gears of War, luckily I got Rainbow Six for Christmas, because that was my game of the year. Rainbows Six offers a compelling single players and is almost exactly the same when done in co-operative play. The only thing lacking is the cut scenes and narrative. The first play through won't take you long at the normal difficulty, however the Realistic difficutly setting will give anyone a run for their money. The real action is on multiplayer on Xbox Live. The Terrorists Hunts can help grind up the levels and rank up to unlock new weapons, armor, and camo with the excellent Persistant Elite Creation. However, the action continues with the competitive play which to this day is only matched by either Halo 3 or Call of Duty 4. Pick this game up now, or wait just a few months and get more gaming goodness from Rainbows Six Vegas 2.
