Rapid Release Pain Reliever PM
By Chenault onLately I have not been sleeping well. Some of the problem is due to a dull throbbing pain in my wrist from a previous injury, while some of the problem seems to be reoccuring. If I didn't take a sleep aid I would be awake most of the night, every night. I only take PM pain relievers when I know I have 7 to 8 hours for sleep.
I have discovered that generic and store brand products are every bit as effective as the national brands, and usually a lot cheaper which is an added bonus.
I purchased DG brand Pain Relief PM rapid release capsules a few weeks ago and I must admit these store brand pills are not as effective as Tylenol PM, or even family dollar's generic version of this sleep aid. With Tylenol PM I take one pill and fall asleep fast, I also stay asleep and feel great the next day. This is not the case with DG pain relief pm.
I must take 2 of this brand of pill for the medicine to slightly effect me. I wake up frequently during the night, and feel exhausted in the morning, the pain relief element is effective, however the sleep aid is not! Additionally the rapid release claim... I would say that is inaccurate as it takes me over an hour to fall asleep after taking DG pain relief pm rapid release capsules.

I totally agree with you on this product. I have used it before and it is really good. I have always bought the genetric brand which is just as good.
I have used these as well and you are right they are every bit as effective as the big name brands!
