Ratpadz Gs By Miko on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Turn around instantly to get that headshot, won't you? The Ratpadz GS was designed for speed when it counts and it's black design shows its mainly function over form.

At first the Ratpadz GS has a relatively unspectacular design, with a rectangle and a rounded recess for your hand to go. I actually use this pad vertically with the rounded part hugging the side of my keyboard, which saves a lot of space on my desk with enough real estate to spare. The surface is a rough plastic that is surprisingly smooth. Mice literally slide around on the pad and there is very little resistance. This lack of resistance takes some getting used to, but in the long run, it saves you from dragging your mouse around, especially if you've got one of those newfangled mice with tons of DPI settings and weight cartridges and Teflon feet for the best in gaming experience. But I don't judge you. The Ratpadz GS doesn't either, and just is made to keep those mice from getting stuck.
