Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 Ds By LeftyNoob on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

The first Rayman Raving Rabbids was a fun, funny minigame collection that gained immense popularity. Well, except for the Nintendo DS version, which eschewed the mad-capped antics of the Rabbids for a more traditional Rayman platformer. Well, Raving Rabbids 2 is here, and this time the DS gets a little minigame love too.

So how does this game stack up? Well, it's pretty good. Like with any minigame collection, there are highlights and lowlights. As has been the case with every Rabbids game thus far, the music/rhythm offerings steal the show. No plunger-shooters here either, though simplified versions of other games found in it's console big-brother are present. If you're a fan of the Rabbids, or of minigame collections in general, this is a worthwhile purchase. Otherwise, you might want to rent first. While there are unlockable costumes, gadgets and other content for use with the rabbids, the game is short and there just isn't a lot of replay value here.
