I purchased the Razor Agressive Hardshell Glossy Black Helmet, Youth Size, from Toys R Us this spring as a new helmet for my son to wear bike riding or on his scooter.
He chose this helmet because it looked "cool". I chose this helmet because it seemed to be a really safe helmet. It covers more area on his head, so that if he has an accident, he'll be more fully protected. I know of children who have fallen and gotten concussions, so I like that the entire back part of his head is protected, unlike his old bike helmet.
This is sized for children ages 8-14, which seems pretty true to size. My son has a big head, and this fits him well. It has full padding and a chin strap.
It's listed as a multi-sport helmet, so it's good for kids that like to bike ride, do tricks with their bikes, scooter and/or skateboard.
It's worth checking out.
