I just purchased this RAZOR E. 200 ELECTRIC SCOOTER for my nephews birthday and of course my brother wanted us to try it out first so we could make sure that it was safe for him. My nephew is thirteen and customer service said it was for kids twelve and older so I thought why not. Tjis Razor Electric Scooter goes about 12mph, it has an adjustable handle bar, very large 8' tires to keep him balanced for the road, there is also a hand operated rear brake, and a rechargeable battery so it is much cheaper than using gas.

The battery allows you about forty five minutes of continuous use so his mother feels safer that when he leaves the house for the park he can't make any detours because a certain amount of time he is out of power and has to come back home to recharge. This is good gift for a young person it gets them ready for when it's time for there driving test in a few years.
