Rca Tru Flat Keeps On Working By cricketgo on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
I bought this TV about 7 years ago. It is a 20 inch tru flat RCA brand. The screen is flat but it is not a flat TV. When my son first seen it he laughed and said "You got a mini big screen". I have no problems with it, sometimes I wish it would wear out so I would have an excuse to get a new flat TV. I could buy this one for about $100 now. I gave around $260 dollars for it when I bought it new. I was always told to buy an RCA, it won't wear out. Well they were right. It just keeps going and going. I bought this TV because my other one quit working, it was an RCA also with a 19 inch bubble screen. As it turned out, it was still a good TV, the problem was a loose connection where the cable wire hooks up. I had used it for 10 years or more with no problem. They are a little more expensive than some, but well worth it. I'm spoiled now on the flat screen, the picture is so much better than the ones with the bubble screen.
RCA Tru Flat Purchased at: Wal Mart Price: 260

We have the 27" version of this TV set and the picture is amazing for only a fraction of the cost of a plasma.
