My wife sometimes pays our water bill at RCBC Savings Bank. She is doing it if she has any transaction with our checking account on the said bank. Why? The branch of the said bank in our vicinity accommodates several bills and most of them are not in relation to our bills.

In paying our bills, wife told me that she always has a hard time paying and making bank transaction with it. There's a long line up of clients and they only have two tellers most of the time. When one of those go for a break it will now eat her time. They have an early cut-off for bills, 12:00nn only. If you cannot beat it then do not try to proceed they will not accommodate you.

Bank clients and those paying for their bills alone will line up on the same stretch and that makes the waiting long and irritating. This kind of procedure is not really good and I cannot recommend the bills payment facility this bank has. It is better to pay bills on other non-bank payment centers and be with others paying their bills too rather than bills payers and depositors are mixed in one line.
