It all started with a loan and now we continue maintaining our regular checking account with RCBC. The bank granted us a loan for business purposes and one of the requirements then was a checking account. We did not have any so they offered to us their product. That was 10 years ago and we decided to continue maintaining it even after finishing the loan for business purposes.

RCBC is one of the prominent banks in the Philippines and I could say that with a decade of banking with them we are happy with the way they accommodate and service us. Their customer service is always nice and even there are some little troubles they always assist us and any concern is immediately reported to us. Of course there are times that our request could impossibly be done (our branch is near hubby's office) but with their assistance and their branches near our household our inquiry can be processed. They never forget to offer their new products and in case trouble arises with our issued checks they never forget to settle it with us. Check request is easily processes and the check is designed with a duplicate in our check booklet. Although interest income is relatively low and the charges are relatively high for bounced checks and below maintaining balance we could say that RCBC is a good bank and we are happy banking with them.
