Act Restoring Mouthwash Anticavity in the Clean Burst, Icy Cool Mint flavor works very well. In the morning I always brush my teeth and follow up with this product. I repeat the routine at bedtime as well. It claims to restore minerals to soft spots, strengthen enamel to prevent decay and kill bad breath germs. I can't tell you 100% if this works, but for the first time in a long, long time, I didn't have any cavities when I went to the dentist last month. It could be the fact that I'm getting older and taking better care of my teeth or I could attribute it to this product. This product leaves my mouth fresh and clean feeling, but I really like the fact that it is more than just a regular mouthwash. Fighting cavities is a big plus. A regular size bottle of Act lasts me about 2-3 weeks. If you are going to use mouthwash anyway, why not try this product to see if your next dental check-up improves like mine did!
