As the name suggested, it is made from real cotton and not some synthetic materials. By the way I hate synthetic materials as pillow cases because they slips out of the pillow easily and every morning when you wake up, the pillows and the covers will be in different places!!
Pros:The pillow cases are made from unbleached and undyed cotton. The material used is smooth and comfortable. The weaving of the fabric makes it completely mite proofed hence it is very good for my asthmatic husband and that is the main reason why I buy these pillow cases. I noticed that after using these pillow cases he had better night sleep than before. The other thing that attracted me to buy these pillow cases is the zipper which helps to enclose the pillows completely thus prolonging the life of my expensive pillows.
Cons: The only thing is colour and designs are limited so I do not have much choice over the nicer design or my favourite colour

Organic pure cotton is a wonderful choice in bedding for anyone. It is unfortunate the range of color and design is currently limited. Hopefully in the near future they will be more affordable and offer more choices.
I love cotton. I think it's the best material.
