Fresh Start organic blend fertilizer is made in bacolod city, philippines. It is a specially formulated organic fertilizer made from locally available materials but it meets the nutritional (N-P-K) requirements of plants, as well as the organic matter need by the soil. It has passed the tests of the Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority, that is why I trust their quality.

We use it only for our garden's purposes, which is made up of predominantly ornamental and some flowering plants, and our plants are really healthy. And I like it because it is organic.
