I had to call my friend to ask the model of their Toshiba rear-projection TV. Even though I have spent hours watching this TV when our kids play, I had no idea what it was besides being a Toshiba. The Toshiba 62MH196 is an amazing rear-projection TV that is huge. I can't believe how big it is. My girlfriend says its more than 60 inches. Everything about this rear-projection TV is phenomenal. The picture quality is outstanding, even in stardard mode. The only area where the rear projection TV is lacking is sound. The sound qaulity was average, and you probably would need to hook it up to an exterior speaker system to get a sound quality that matches the picture quality. The sound didn't bother me so much because the picture is so great, and we usually have the sound turned down anyway. The remote is okay, it coudl be little easier to use, but it's pretty good.
