Redken Fresh Curls Shampoo

I had bought a bottle of Redken Fresh Curls right after getting a perm done: my hairdresser told me that this shampoo will keep my perm looking well, reviving it each time I wash my hair. That sounded appealing, so I shelled out $20 for this supposed miracle in a bottle. It was rather pricy, but the bottle looked large, so I thought it would last me long. It did; however, no miracle happened. The shampoo had turned out to be nothing special. It had a light scent and washed my hair well, but I did not notice any special care for my perm. My hair looked pretty much the same as always, when washed with regular shampoos. No worse, no better. My perm did not last any longer than usual, either.

Lesson learned; I will not let hairdressers talk me into buying overpriced stuff that works no better than regular brands.
