I have real thick, dry, damaged hair from years of hair coloring, therefore, my hair is very unruly and hard to manage. My hair stylists recommened I try REDKEN's Real Control shampoo and conditioner. This shampoo and conditioner is for dense, dry and sensitized hair. It is formulated with Redken's exclusive Interbound Conditioning System and Care Adjust Complex which increases manageablity and shine. After trying this shampoo it does leave my hair feeling smoother and softer, but not easier to manage nor shiner. My hair still requires alot of frizz ease! The cost of the Redken Real Control from my hairstylist was $12.00 for the shampoo and $13.00 for the conditioner for a combined total of $25.00 and the bottles are really not that big as you can see from the picture. I will give until I run out to make a final judgement if I will purchase it again, but after a week of using it I think cheaper shampoos work just as well.
