This is a great leaf blower. It starts up well on the first try every time we need it. It is gas powered so it can be taken anywhere without having to worry about an electrical cord. One of the best features is that it is a backpack unit, so you have both hands free and it is easy to use.

We don't have many trees so our leaf blower doesn't see many leaves, but we do like to keep the sidewalk and driveway clear of grass clippings. I also have a tendency to re-pot plants and do crafts with the kids in the driveway so it takes care of those messes as well.

This leaf blower does not have a vacuuming option. You may need a little more power for bigger jobs, but most of the jobs we have aren't that big so it suits our needs. But, the lower power also results in a quieter and smaller unit.

RedMax isn't a widely-known brand, but it is a good one and American made. A big plus in my book. Overall, I highly recommend this leaf blower.
