Even being a full gym junky myself, I needed to do some research on the best and most cheap hand grip going around. I heard that this variety was made and designed by professionals, and that I really needed to give it a shot, and I did, and I havent looked back since. The best feature that I can compare to other handgrips is that this one has softer handles, which really is beneficial to being able to do more repitions. This comes about because most other handgrips I've tried have really hard plastic that covers the handles, which make it really difficult to do alot of repitions due to the plastic driving into your skin. The price is very reasonable considering all muscle building equiptment is harshly expensive. This is the perfect tool for somebody getting started in weights.

I find that these are all too large for someone with small hands.
As a stylist for many years I know that hand grips are a good way to keep our hands and fingers strong.
I could probably hurt myself with something like this!
