The Reebok SpeedPac is a complete set of hand weights that are adjustable from two to twelve and a half pounds. Instead of purchasing several weights in all different sizes for your exercise routines you only need to purchase the one.
To change the weight of the single set of weights there are individual weights in two and a half pound increments that are added and secured to the hand weights. The entrire set fits into a single tray that would hold just one regular set of hand weights and the individual weights go alongside.
Both the handweights, the tray and the clips that hold the individual wieights are very durable and sturdy. I love this set of hand weights because the hand hold is a slim design, which is perfect for smaller handed women. I am able to get a really good grip on the weights and the padding keeps any moisture from becoming and issue.
