This boxing bag is the best one going around. When I was talking to the salesman I wasn't sure which one to buy and he insisted that I should buy this one. Maybe because it was the most expensive one there, or it's actually good. I'd say both. It's really expensive but its really good and really easy to use. Most other boxing bags are really hard to use and hard to set up, because you have to hang it somewhere. Not with this one although it's heavy you can but it anywhere and start right away. It's perfect if you're a normal boxer or a kick boxer. It's the right weight and you wont find it easy to punch or kick it as far back as it goes well I don't especially on my normal workout session. the boxing bag plays a huge role in my workout and that's one of the major reasons why i love it.

Sounds like a good product. Maybe the set-up would be worth it if you have no where to hang a bag.
This would be so nice to have to release some pent up frustrations!
