Refinance the Easy Way - MLN!

A couple of years ago I found myself in debt, and paying too much for a mortgage and home equity loan. They've been great with keeping the right amount in escrow for insurance and taxes, and getting paid in time. They had the best customer service of any lender I've ever dealt with. None of my questions were treated as if they were stupid (although I felt sure some were!).
