Origins Peace of Mind On-The-Spot Relief is actually a lotion with a highly concentrated minty scent. One little drop applied to the temples provides a cooling, relaxing sensation. If you have trouble with tension headaches but want to avoid medication, Peace of Mind might be right for you.
The downfall to this product is that it comes in a very small bottle. But, I have found that one tiny drop is more than enough for one application, therefore the tiny bottle can last a very long time. Also, if applied too closely to the eyes, they can begin to water. I think it's easy enough to avoid that situation, though.
I recommend this to all of my friends who are willing to take the sensory therapy approach to pain relief. I even enjoy this product at night before going to bed, just for stress relief.

I have been looking for a product like this in the states. I had something similar and it always brought relief, especially with some of the discomfort from menopause and stress headaches.
I'm forever getting headaches and I live on Advil. Will give this one a try.
