Reli On Alcohol Swabs By Karen on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
My husband, being a diabetic, uses alcohol swabs a lot. He needs them to swab some of his diabetic monitors before touching them to his skin, and also for the skin itself when he does a fingerprick for blood glucose testing or before an insulin injection. The Reli On Alcohol Swabs are what he has been using, and he seems to really like these swabs.
There are 100 individually wrapped swabs in a box, and each swab is two-ply. They are saturated with 70% isopropyl alcohol and make a very effective skin cleanser. They are also very convenient to put in a pocket or purse if you had to carry them somewhere. And another thing I like about them is the fact that they are relatively inexpensive. Diabetic supplies cost so much, and it's nice to find something my husband needs in relation to his diabetes that doesn't cost very much.
If you are in need of alcohol swabs, I would recommend trying the Reli On brand. My husband has found them to be something he can rely on. :)

Wow these are extremely reasonably priced - I don't understand why most of what diabetics require to ensure their quality of life remains stable have to be so incredibly expensive - glad you found something that works well and doesn't break the bank - thanks for the info.
