Relief For Da Feet... By allie63078 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I have plantar fascitis and frequently suffer from heel pain in my feet and on my last vacation to Disney World, after walking around all day, I was desparate for some relief and I didn't care how much it cost. I went to the drugstore and I saw these gel insoles and I grabbed them up right away. On the packaging they said that they absorb the stress of impact in the high pressure points in the heel and ball of the foot and they were supposed to work great for people with plantar fascitis.

They did work pretty good. They did not completely eliminate my heel pain, but of course by the time I got them, I was already hurting so that maybe had something to do with it, but I could definitely tell a difference in my heel pain. It wasn't nearly as sharp and the gel insoles really did feel good compared to having nothing inside my shoe to absorb all the walking and standing.
