ReliOn..A good BP monitor
By Bobbi Mckenney onWhen my husband and I asked his parents to live with us because of their decling health I knewI was up for a challenge.I for some reason misplaced my manual B/P cuff and stehescope so I decided to purchase an automatic on.This way my husband could take thier B/P if I happen to be gone. This system is completly easy to operate. You simply put the cuff around the arm.The diagram on the cuff willshow you the proper way to position the cuff if you dont already know how to.Turn on the machine and wait until 0 shows on the screen and the you pump the little "bulb" until you reach 200.Then you simply wait until it shows your B/P, Pulse and Heart Rate.It will alarm you if any of the three are to high or low.It has an memory on it that will store up to 25 previous readings so they can be compared. This is an very good home B/P monitor and gives very accurate readings. The only down fall to this is that it coud be a little more compact. It is not bigt but, definatley not as compact as the ones that you fit on your wrist.Over all I am really happy that I decided to purchase this machine.

Your have a semi-automatic. Fully Automatic and Wrist versions are also available
Sounds good, but I gess I am spoiled with our fully automatic one where you don't have to "pump the bulb" :)
This sounds like a very nice blood pressure monitor. Thanks for the information.
This sounds like an affordable and easy to use BP monitor Bobbi. My only gripe with the pump up cuff is it tends to tighten so badly my arm aches until released.
