I have sufferedfrom canker sores in my mouth most of my life. I get them about once a month and they can be very painful. I do have some rinses I got from the doctors office to use during that time, but I came across this toothpaste that advertises an 80% reduction in canker sores if used every day. I thought what can it hurt so I purchased it and used it every day for about 3 months. I did not find a reduction in canker sores or a reduction in pain when I did have the canker sores. It does have a very good mint flavor and does clean my teeth very well and makes my mouth feel very refreshing but it certainly did not work for me the way it was advertised to work. The packaging is very plain, a white tube with blue and red print.

Well, darn.... I was hoping this was going to be a real help. I almost always have one or two canker sores in my mouth during the winter.
I get occasional canker sores too, they are very painful. I usually use something like Anbesol to help ease the pain and heal them.
