Renting a car from Enterprise

We recently returned from a vacation where we rented a car for a week from Enterprise

Ordering The Car

Reserving the car was easy as I did it online. You can choose to rent in the USA, Canada or Europe. After going to the USA section it asked me where I wanted to pick up the car and I just put in the airport code. After that I put in the date, times and type of vehicle I wanted. I chose a full size car with unlimited mileage.

I had to give them my name, phone number and email address. I was able to choose filling the rest of the contract online or at the counter. I was given a confirmation number and an email confirmation arrived quickly in my email.

Picking Up and Dropping Off The Car

After we landed we headed over to the Enterprise counter and filled in the rental agreement. The reservation was in the computer and with the information was correct. I gave them the credit card and went out and got my car. We did a once over before getting in to make sure there weren't any dents or scratches.

We used the car daily during our vacation and never encountered any problems. The drop off was as easy as the check-in although I found it odd they didn't check over the car. The bill was as quoted with no extra charges added on.
