Renu No Rub Solution By Lindy Smith on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Taking care of your contact lenses is very important. Walking around with a scratch or some dirt on your glasses is inconvenient, but relatively safe compared with having any kind of debris on your contact lenses. Aside from the discomfort, there is always the risk of infection for anything that is directly in your eye. The contact lenses I use are designed to be worn for two weeks and then thrown away in order to minimize the risk of infection. During those two weeks, I soak them in Renu No-Rub solution when I take them out at the end of the day. The Renu reduces potassium deposits that may build up from having them in your eyes and that makes wearing contacts much more comfortable. It's nice not having to worry about using some enzymatic cleaner at the end of the week anymore and saves a lot of money. One bottle of Renu usually lasts about a month and a half and only costs seven dollars. I haven't found a better way to keep my lenses clean on a day to day basis than Renu No-Rub solution and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants an inexpensive and effective way to keep contact lenses fresh and clean.

This sounds like a very healthy and inexpensive way to help make wearing contact lens safer and healthier. At the price stated, and lasting about 45 days, it's a bargain.

Renu no rub has always been my choice as well. Its also safer on my higher priced lenses.
