Reservoir Dogs A Tarentino Classic! By Ally_DeVille on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I LOVE this movie! It came out in 1992 and it's still so very popular because it's so well done. The violence and gore are horrifying, no doubt, but the writing and acting sort of make you forget that, well, up until Mr. Blond starts dancing to "Stuck in the Middle with You". I still can't hear that song without getting a tad bit nauseous and can see the scene play out before my eyes; the hallmark of a great film, it stays with you long after it's over. The entire cast is brilliant, the writing is tight and original; and the music just blends right in; it's one big roller coaster ride. Quentin Taretino can write a great script, and while many may try to imitate him, his style really can't be copied. They way he writes his characters talking over each other, blending the different conversations so the audience feels like they are there in the middle of the action instead of observing is just so impressive.; the timing it takes to get it done right is something Tarentino has mastered.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this film; it deserves every accolade it's ever gotten; it is a classic film, timeless.
