I couldn't live without this product. My kids are always dropping things or walking across the carpet with dusty shoes. You spray the Resolve on the carpet and let it sit until it pretty much disappears. You can then sweep with your sweeper and this gets rid of most stuff. If you have a harder stain you can spray the product and let it sit for a minute and then scrub it with some cold water. You will want to keep rinsing until it all comes out. The resolve doesn't smell very good at all. One thing you do have to be careful about is forgetting where you put it. I'm always doing more than one spot and when it disappears I have a hard time remembering where I put it. So I leave a something beside each spot so I can get it cleaned up. I hate stepping in a wet spot later. I love this product and would recommend it.
