Let me start by saying that I like Resolve's pet stain cleaner better than I do this spot and stain cleaner. I know, I originally thought they were the same thing too. Now that I've used both, I don't think so. The majority of the cleaning I do is to clean up after my pets. Resolve for pet stains is very good at cleaning up pet messes. This product is good some of the time, but other times it's not. There have been stains I've tried to clean again and again, and they are duller than they were originally but they are not completely gone.

This cleaner is just okay. In addition to the pet stain remover I have used Spot Shot and like that better too.

This cleaner might be good for other carpet stains. I spilled some paint on my carpet during a painting project recently, and it couldn't get that out. Then again, nothing got that out. I had to put a piece of furniture over that!

I probably wouldn't buy this again unless maybe I was trying to clean durt stains or something like that.
