By disneydreamin onResort Quest Vacations Outer Banks, NC was a great company to work with.The home we rented (Castle in the Air) had some problems that needed addressed.The pool was to be heated and was not.RQ sent out repairmen several times only to have it break again.The hot tub also quit working mid week.It was easly repaired by a reset button.The pool was never repaired in the time we were there.
Resort Quest is issueing us a 300.00 gift certificate to be used by the end of 2009.The guest relations department was wonderful. We were also issued $50.00 gift certificates for a high end dining resturaunt which we used the last night.
Resort Quest has contacted the owner of the home to make the repairs needed.We are looking forward to returing in the future and working with Resort Quest again, only next time at a different location in the Outer Banks.
Sounds interesting. I would be interested in hearing if your next visit is any better than the first. While a GC for a return visit is great, I think that they should have given you a discount as you may not want to have returned after the issues you had. Good luck the next time around!
