Reuasable Sponge Cloth? How About Refusable? By Jackson5 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I guess you really do get what you pay for. Trying to keep control of messes for 5 people makes you try to scrimp on a few of the cleaning supplies. Well I guess next time I will remember to spend the extra dollar or so to buy something that will actually work.

Clawth Reusable Sponge Cloth = yuk! They are suppose to help keep down the amount of bacteria growth by not letting them grow in this spongey material. You are to rinse with warm water both before and after each use and wring out thoroughly to get out the extra moisture. Thing is I couldn't get all the extra moisture out for anything. When I thought I had it all out I could go back to the surface I was cleaning and still get out more liquid. Gross! How is that suppose to help with the breeding conditions for mold, mildew, and bacteria?

Needless to say I ended up using it to just do a quick wipe down and then clean with my old cleaner and paper towels per usual.
