I have always suffered from joint pain (mainly with the knees) so I make sure to always have Icy Hot in the house. Icy Hot is a pain and ache reliever for muscles, joints and for people who have problems with sprains, strains, backaches as well as arthritis.
This is a great product to use for joint pain. Usually when my one of my knees begin to ache, I will apply the stick of Icy Hot to it. It takes about 10 minutes or so for it to work. I do find though if the pain leaves my knee, it will move somewhere else like my ankle so I just apply Icy Hot to that area as well. After you have applied the Icy Hot, the affected area will feel hot and then cool. The menthol scent isn't that great to smell and you do have to wait for it to absorb before putting any clothing over the affected area. Other than those two complaints, I would highly recommend this product for relief of aches and pains.

I ve heard of icy hot but never tried it. Sounds pretty effective.
Yes, the smell is rather strong but, it does soothe some aching muscles.
