This past fall we were able to do something we had never been able to do. Go to Disney World without our children. I will honestly say that it is definately a different experience without children and while it is something I really enjoyed to me it just wasn't the same without the kids. We ended up staying at Radisson Celebration and had quite possibly the dirtiest room on premises. After several room changes we were still unsatisfied with our rooming but since it had already been paid for we didnt have the extra cash to change hotels. We spent 4 wonderful days in Disney visiting Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Animal Kingdom. This trip we decided to skip MGM. The rides were amazing and we especially loved the Expedition Everest ride at Animal Kingdom. The food choices in and out of the parks at Disney World were outstanding. How can you even begin to chose which resturant was best? For character interacting I defiantely recommend Chef Mickey. Even without the kids it was a lot of fun swinging out napkins in the air and we got some great pictures of us with the characters.
This was definately a fun experience and I recommend that everyone at least try it once without kids...but make sure to bring back lots of goodies for them so they know how much they were missed !

Great review! I gave you my vote!! :-) I don't have kids, so all my Disney vacation are adult-only....but I stay onsite. Sorry your hotel room was awful!
I went several times in my late teens and early 20's but I have to say, there's nothing like disney seen through the eyes of your child :0) Glad you had a good time and sorry your hotel was not so good.
I cannot imagine doing Disney without the kids, we did Hershey Park last month without the kids and I felt so guilty the entire time.
