My Experiences:
I really love a good horror movie. I especially loved the original Halloween movie. There were so many scenes where I was scared. The scare factor was excellent in the original. I had/have no problem with my kids watching this one.
In this remake by Rod Zombie, there was no scare factor at all. No sitting on pins and needles. It was full of bad language, and needless nudity. While it somewhat followed the original story, this remake was boring, and bloody. My husband and I decided to watch this movie together and alone to see if we would allow our kids to watch it. I can say that I feel no one under 18 should watch this movie. I truly wished that I could say something good about this movie, but I find that i can not.
I can not comment on the extra features on this cd, as my daughter gave it to a friend to watch, since we did not like it and did not want her spending money on it. It has not been returned yet. I do not recommend it at all.
