My Experiences:

Eyes Lips Face (ELF) Nail Polish Remover Pads are nail polish remover pads in a cute portable tin, great for travel if you have a nail polish chip. I like that it is a non drying remover, although it is somewhat oily. I do not consider this a flaw since it is moisturizing to the nail while removing the polish. It usually only takes one pad to remove my polish, although sometimes I use two if my polish is especially dark or pigmented. Polish melts very quickly when this pad is applied. It is great that is costs only a $1, there are many pads per pack, and I consider this superior to more expensive brands like Lippmann. It is not smelly like many removers, and each pad is saturated so that there is not a pool of liquid remover on the bottom of the container. It is safe to carry in your purse since the top screws on tightly and it will not leak. I bought this originally because it was only a dollar, but I would buy it even if it was more expensive because I think it is the best remover.
