Dove Milk Chocolate Miniatures
I am almost afraid to admit this, but I am not a fan of Dove chocolate. I am not saying it is bad chocolate, far from it.
Many people love Dove, including my husband and chocolate loving daughter, but even as a long time chocolate lover and a lover of exquisite and not so exquisite chocolates, I am not fond of the taste of Dove chocolate.
There must be others like me out there. My family doesn't understand. I can't quite explain it. There is something about the taste or the after taste that doesn't quite make me want to blow the alotted junk calories on Dove.
Since my husband is hooked on Dove Chocolate Miniatures in their festive blue foil wrappers, these little temptations are forever present in our house. One bag replaces the next, replaces the next. It never ends.
Dove chocolate is nice looking enough. It's smooth milk chocolate, they just don't do it for me.
There is no doubt Dove is high quality chocolate, I do not argue that. I also find that the same folks who like Cadbury chocolate, also seem to like Dove. That's no surprise to me since I find a similarity in the tastes. I don't particulary like Cadbury either, so there ya go.
While I can't recommend Dove, it is still a nice gift for a chocolate lover.

I am so glad you wrote this! This is my husbands favorite chocolate and I can't stand it! I agree that it and Cadburry are similiar :) I thought I was the only person on the planet that wasn't in love with Dove, nice to know I'm not alone! ~voted
