Great Cake

We ordered our wedding cake from Barbie's Cakes in Sapulpa, OK. It was the best wedding decision we made. Barbie was wonderful to work with. She was patient as we decided on the exact cake we wanted and helped us create the perfect design for our wedding. This was absolutely the best cake I have ever eaten. I am not a big fan of icing, but even the icing was good. She used butter cream icing rather than fondant, but was so good at smoothing the icing that several people thought it was fondant at first glance. We chose a different detailed design on each of our three tiers. Each one turned out perfectly. The cake was much bigger than we thought it would be. Each tier ended up being about 5 inches tall. We paid for 150 servings, but the cake could have easily fed more than that. She delivered to our wedding which was about 45 minutes away from Sapulpa for less than the bakers would deliver in town. When my sister gets married next year, she absolutely will be using Barbie's Cakes as well.
