Champion Resistance Band Set
I started using this product about a year ago. It is very effective for resistance training and gives your muscles a good work out. The great thing is that is packaged compactly and can be taken with you anywhere you go for a great strength building workout. This particular package comes with three bands with different resistences. So, you can start as a begineer and continue to use it for a long time. The handles are comfortably reinforced in rubber so it does not cut into your skin. The quick connect clips enable you to attach the handles with ease , the good thing is that it does not come off when you are using the bands.
You can use it for lunges, side lifts,shoulder press, chesst pull, bicep curls, chest press and to strengthen shoulders/upper back areas. The three bands each have a different color green for light, red for medium and blue for heavy. There is also an ankle cuff for leg exercises.
My experience with this product has been phenomenal. Starting with just the green band I can now use a combination of the red and green with ease and am working towards using the blue band. It gives a good tightning effect to the arms and shoulder ,back and chest areas. Thirty minutes of resistance band exercises three times a week has done wonders for me.
