I've had a number of credit cards in my life, some good and some not-so-good. The Wamu personal credit card is the worst I've ever had! I don't remember what kind of bait they used to get me to sign up but it must have been pretty good.
Here are the reasons I dislike this card: Very high interest rate even with very good credit (fico) score. Very poor customer service, several reps. on many occasions insulted me on the phone. Supervisors were also not helpful. Poor billing, often received my bill within 7 days of payment being due, I never had this within any other card.
This is a card to keep around only because it gives you your FICO score for free each month, I definately wouldn't carry a balance on this one.

Yes, I've seen the ads for this, sounds like a card to stay away from. Don't know why companies defeat themselves with this type of management. Guess they've not heard about Shared Reviews yet :) Good review ... thanks
