I use the Aastra telephone in my office several times a day. It's just a basic phone with some good features so it's not too big, bulky or flashy. The cord is kind of short, but it's good if you just use it at your desk. It has basic features like 'hold, redial, dial, flash, and speaker phone'. The manual is kind of confusing, but I was able to figure out how to put people on hold and how to transfer calls. The part about transferring calls that is annoying is that when you transfer, you have to wait until the other person picks up and you hang up until the person on the other end will hear the other person talking. So you usually have to repeat yourself when you say your name and office title. Other than that, it's a basic phone that any office worker would be pleased to use.

Good work :)
Sometimes basic phones work out better than the fancy one. We have a corded phone in our home in case the power goes out. I just voted for another phone review which was a basic corded phone but it did not have static like the cordless one they had. Sorry to hear that you have to wait til the othe party getson till you can hang up. It does sound like this works well otherwise. Great review!
Like you wrote, this sounds like a nice, basic phone that's great for the office!
Great Review! Gets my Vote
Sounds like a good phone.
Sounds simple and basic enough with just the functions you need and not all the extras. Nice review.
Thanks for the review. It's good and thorough. I voted for it.
Very nice review - thanks for sharing.
I def don't need anything else confusing at work. Thanks for the review!
