My Experiences:

I looked high and low for the perfect wedding cake when all along it was right in my back yard.  Mare's Wedding cake in Fairview Park Ohio is the perfect destination for wedding cake in Cleveland Ohio!

They have over ten different flavors of cake.  I ended up choosing a cake that was pretty traditional, half chocolate & half yellow. 

The best part of the cake though is the French Buttercreme frosting.  It is light as a feather, and amazingly creamy.  I usually do not like wedding cake frosting, it is often too sweet.  This French Buttercreme, the perfect level of sweetness, in fact it is the perfect frosting.  I could eat it by the spoonful!

Mares even lets you sample a mini-cake at home before you commit to your wedding cake purchase!  Of course once you taste it you will be sold!
